Mass Effect™ Legendary Edition that I bought on steam has been claimed by another emailadress than my own and i can't play it. it does not show up in my library

This would have to be resolved through Live Support, as a CM cannot make changes to accounts over the forums.

    i tried to apeal on the ban on the ground that it wasnt me who caused the ban since my account was hacked, but they ignored this
