Mass Effect 1 (legendary) - separate settings for voices & text language?

Does Mass Effect 1 (legendary edition) will have separate settings for voices & text language? I am asking because RUS voices in ME1 was awful😞

the worst news that could happen, I thought it couldn't be worse, I would forgive this remaster for everything, but not the Russian voice acting, I will not buy the game until this changes
