Mass Effect 1 Trinket From Consort Does Not Work
The journal states I have the trinket from the Asari Consort however i cannot activate the sphere

@RyyMoEletania is a hazard 1 planet. Try the exploration while wearing a armor made by Devlon Industries (Explorer/Liberator/Survivor). Maybe losing HP prevents the trigger. Also since it's a optional mission with impact on ME3 try to do this before finishing the game.
You don't need any special armor to do it. Also, there's no "vision" to trigger, it's just 3 text windows, one after the other. The game pauses while the text windows are displayed so loss of HP has no bearing on it.
I did this on 4 different runs already in ME LE so it's definitely not bugged.
You need to hack the ruin and THEN after the sphere goes up engage it again.
Bit of an off-topic, since it's not related to solving the problem, but I really liked that it was just text. Gave a bit of "old-school RPG" feel to it.
I also like that this is how you unlock the class specialisation on Luna. When you shut down the rogue VI, it (or should I say she?🙂 ) transmits a binary code - try putting it into a binary to text converter when y'all get there.
