Mass Effect 2 begins to launch but then just shuts down

Good evening, I have tried to open my ME2 but cannot get the game to continue. once i "press any key to continue" it just shuts done and gave me the following message in the EA App, "an error on our...

negative here is a better screen shot. also when i do try to connect offline it came up with the second screen shot as if it will only let me play the game if connected to the net.

Do you have admin rights on this System?

Hit Windows key and X.

Choose either “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Command prompt (Administrator),” or "Windows Terminal (Administrator)", whichever option is offered.

Inside PowerShell, CMD or Terminal enter (copy and paste) “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Checkhealth” without quotes. > ENTER.

If errors are found, notify us. If no errors were found repeat steps 1 & 2.

Inside PowerShell, CMD or Terminal enter “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth” without quotes. > ENTER.

The system will start validating soon. If it throws an error, please list it here.

After it reaches 100% repeat steps 1 & 2.

Inside PowerShell, CMD or Terminal enter “sfc /scannow” without quotes > ENTER.

10. Post the message you receive at the end of the processes here.

Then: Clear your temp files:

Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time to open the Run dialog box.

Into the new window, type or copy & paste: "%temp%" (Without the quotes.) > hit "ENTER"

Now your Windows Explorer should have brought you to the "C:\Users\>your user name<\AppData\Local\\Temp" folder. > Delete all files and folders in it.
(If some files or folders can't be deleted, reboot and try again.)

Now:

Go here and download "Revo Uninstaller. (The freeware version, Portable version works too.)

Run "Revo Uninstaller" > Uninstall Mass Effect 2

At the end of the main uninstall, Revo will ask you which cleaning method you want to use. > Select "Advance" > Browse.

If "Remaining registration content found" is displayed > Select All > Delete > Next

When "Remaining Data and Folders" is displayed > Select All > Delete.

Restart the PC

Run "Revo Uninstaller" > uninstall EA app.

Follow the same steps as above.

Restart the PC

Download a new EA app setup exe from here. (Do it even if you already have the installer!)

Install EA app.

Run EA app as Administrator > Click the EA app shortcut on your desktop > Run as Administrator.

Install Mass Effect 2.

Test.
