Mass Effect 2 (Legendary)

I figured this problem wouldn’t be on the remaster as it was on the original trilogy, yet here I am. When on the Citadel in ME2, I try to use the transport to fast travel to the upper level of Zakera Ward. The game then just loads. I press pause, and it makes the pause sound, but doesn’t show anything on the screen besides the loading. I have to exit the game. As I said, it happened on the original trilogy, and I’m not sure if it’s just fast traveling on the Citadel to different levels in general.
