Mass Effect 2 PC Bug: Lair of the Shadow Broker Investments (also steam cards)

I don't know why EA wants bug reports to go through this weird faux-rum, but my annoyance with this bug beat out annoyance with this system.

After you finish the Lair of the Shadow Broker DLC in Mass Effect 2, you can return to the Shadow Broker's room to use various terminals. One terminal has investment opportunities for you to invest credits, then come back later and see whether your investment worked out. Unfortunately, the terminal is bugged at reporting completed investment activities. When you open the terminal menu, you will see "mission report ready," but the controls only give you the option to back out of the menu. If you have other investment opportunities, you can use the D-Pad to select them, and once you do that once the A button will be available to receive the investment report/credits earned. But if you are on your last mission, you can't select a different investment, making the final investment opportunity's success unknown forever. I've attached a screenshot showing the problem.

Separately, it looks like there is a typo in the Steam Cards for the Legendary Edition. Whoever prepared them didn't capitalize Liara's name for her card. Someone should fix that. 🤷‍♂️
