Mass Effect 2 PC Trilogy Version fails to launch using Origin
Dear EA Customer Support,
I am unable to launch Mass Effect 2 from the Origin store. No error message appears and nothing appears to happen when you attempt to launch the game.
I have tried to resolve the problem myself following the thread below however I am still having the same problem.
I also followed the instructions below to opt-in for Origin Beta Updates however this has not resolved the problem either

## Update.
I spoke to an EA Advisor via https://help.ea.com/contact-us
I was advised to re-install Origin. I backed up my games then followed the instructions for a clean uninstall here

After completing these steps. Re-install Origin, check your Origin Games directory and Origin Cache directory.
Download and install Mass Effect 2.
I didn't need to download the game files again because I had them backed up. My origin version is 9.1.15.109 - 218578.
