Mass Effect 2

In mass effect2 I have found Shepard's N7 helmet at Normandy's crash site . also, I found a Prothean sphere and Shepard's dog tags. in Mass Effect 3 theses items are not found in this game what happen.

    Some time passed between ME 2 and 3. Perhaps they were in a locker in Shep's quarters and were destroyed when the Reapers showed up?
