Mass Effect 3 does not launch
I bought the game through Steam and have never played it on PC. When I try to launch, either through Origin or Steam, no new window is created and the Origin client simply returns to the home page.
I have tried deleting the %ProgramData%\Electronic Arts\EA Services\License folder as suggested in other posts, I have tried deleting all Origin application data and rebooting as described in other posts as well. I have used both Steam and Origin to verify the game files. Other Origin titles launch without issue.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks again for the reply. I didn't have any save games because I have never successfully launched the game. I had a hunch that the issue was with Steam, so I refunded the game, and bought it through Origin instead. The Origin version is working, so it seems I was right about Steam being the issue.
