Yes, it is a general problem. The CMs escalated the problem.
Thanks, saw the CM post here but only the one that was quoted. Glad to see its been escalated. i know this is a 6 year old game, but obviously its still being played quite a bit. I hope they fix this!

- @holger1405 I seen someone on Russian community forum with same problem claim that they contacted support and were told that their online pass has been disabled, after which the support team fixed their account. Since online pass are obsolete, everyone has an automatic entitlement to one, but for some reason now they must individually restore it to their account in support. I cannot confirm if its true, can repost the Russian ME forum thread.
Hello to everyone. Just want to post feedback I have received from EA support manager:
First of all, accept my apology for the inconvenience caused. I would like to inform you that we are receiving the similar contacts and many of the customers are facing the same issue.Good thing is that, this has been brought into the notice of the Studio Team and they are diligently working to fix it as soon as possible., Once the issue is resolved, you will be able to play the the Galaxy at War .
The time frame is not yet fixed as this can take a bit of a time however this should be fixed as soon as possible. Iād request you to just wait for some time while we look into it.It's fixed!
Thank you EA for still providing support to a 6 year old game. Happy to report my Galaxy at War map is now showing up in game and updating correctly.
Was this user on a console?
I doubt that this will be necessary for PC players, and also not for the majority of console players.
But I will have am eye open if the fix is not working for everyone.
