Can i get any help with this one, the Game still plays fine it's just the error that has me worried.

I tried the suggested fix - going to the N7HQ and resync'ing, i still have the problem though. Are there any other fixes to this issue? My SP is working fine and i have connection to the EA servers, it's just the multiplayer i can't acces.
I have also tried the suggested fixes and troubleshooting on this thread and unable to see the updated Galaxy Map on my menu/War Room console. I am still able to raise my Galactic Readiness using N7HQ. Are the servers just down? Confirmation would be appreciated!

I got the same issue. Resyncing my account did NOT work. I contacted ea and the person i was chatting with on live chat couldnt help as the only fix he could think of was to resync my account. As a result its being escalated and hopefully the people who fixes stuff like this can reduplicate the issue to find a fix. Single player should not be effected apparently, just multiplayer.
Same issue here. Connected to EA Account just fine, but galaxy map shows an error. Glad to hear they're looking into it.
Ok i havent tested this out yet but i will. Ive been on twitter and speaking to someone from ea on there. Seems the Galaxy at War dlc could be the culprit. If you have that installed then you have to choose a multiplayer map to play and not a random as randoms wont work with the dlc installed. If you uninstall it though it should work as normal.
I will test it out later but seems the dlc is known to cause this issue and some fixes work for some ppl, some dont.
If anyone else can confirm this works before me please do so.

Tried this just now and it does not fix the readiness. I am amble to enter the multiplayer map fine but the galaxy at war still appears offline.
Same here for the last two days or so.
