the DLCs are all working for me and it says at main menu that I am connected to EA servers, but the galaxy at war is not showing with a read loading failed message, so As per your reply i basically have nothing to worry about, is that right?
Same as @rititavi , It was working, I reached 65% but since a few days it's not working anymore
Tried all, nothing worked at all.
Sadly i bought the the 4 of mass effect games 2 or 3 weeks ago. Mass effect andromeda works fine with online multiplayer, except for the rest of the previous Mass effect games!
What is frustrating, that: yes, I could finish the game even without "galaxy at war" system and still get the needed ending; however, I finally decided to play it afer so many years and ordered all DLC and ad-ons - to get the full experience from it, not balancing on compromises.
So, I really hope, that support will come from EA and technical service will fix it in some way: It would be understanable to not to get support for the old product if, for example, some notification appeared, when you buy it, or the price is so low, that it idicates the same. But, no - no notifications and price, though much lower, but is still on some average level.
May be it is possible just to fix this figures thru some file? In order we have a possibility to manually change it in accordance to our inner feeling of our progress in multiplayer?

@EA_ArrenaiResyncing has not worked to get the the Galaxy at War map to show. Neither has repairing through Origin, clearing the Origin cache, or completely reinstalling the game fresh. A clean install on another computer that has never had either Origin or ME3 installed on it has the same issue of the Galaxy at War map showing "System Offline: Unable to retrieve Galaxy at War status."
DLC is all working fine for me, but it's the galaxy map I most want fixed, since I get alerts on it every time I log in or try to play MP with friends. My friend and I are having a similar issue. We are unable to deploy any Galaxy At War missions due to server errors. EA, can we please get a fix for this? The fact that so many people are talking about this within the last week makes me think that these servers should not be down right now.
Adding onto what Rhaiah223 has posted, I am receiving the same error message. When utilizing the N7HQ Galaxy At War mission map, we are unable to deploy due to EA Servers errors. Can we please get an acknowledgement that this is being looked into by EA? We'd really like to play and hope the game isn't shutting down forever. It looks like this has historically been an issue as recent as a year ago, with EA able to provide a resolution. I hope you can please help us again.
How has this not been fixed? It's been going on for 2 weeks and I still can't access my galaxy at war map, I've reinstalled the game, reset my router, re synced several times and even swapped to wired net but it's still not working on ps3!
Hi there, I wanted to chime in and add that I too am experiencing this issue on my Xbox360 version of the game, as I have been using the Galactic Readiness map on the N7HQ website (which I only discovered yesterday) to try and boost my percentage. I am able to deploy on the N7HQ site and have boosted the readiness, but it isn’t syncing when I actually play ME3. I am also getting the failed to connect to server message as a previous user posted. Is there any update on the status of this problem? Thanks!

- Go to the N7 HQ Support Page
- Click on re-sync your account
- Log in
- Once re-sync'd, give it 15-20 minutes, and then log back the game

I've tried resyncing my account, logging out of both the website and Origin, repairing game files, and reinstalling origin and the game. Nothing. No matter what I get the cannot connect to server error. There's a post in the Mass Effect group I'm in on Facebook about this, and apparently almost everyone on every platform is having the same issue. Game plays, multiplayer works but does not alter galactic readiness on the website, and the Galaxy at War map will not load.
