Mass Effect 3 uninsal problem
Hello,
I bought Mass Effect games on Epic games and now that im finished with 3 cant uninstal it on EA app and i dont have uninstal option on Epic games. When i click uninstal on EA app it only opens a black little window and then it turns to even smaller black window and then it disappers.
How to fix it?
Hey Urijel, if you open the install folder of the game, what do you see in there?
On Epic Games Store:
- Library -> Find the game -> Click on the 3 dots under the game card -> Manage -> Next to "Installation" click the folder icon
On EA app:
- Library -> Finde the game -> Click on the 3 dots -> View Properties -> Open Folder
If those are all empty, it's likely a cache issue.
Please do an App Recovery on EA app.
If the issue persists:
- Uninstall EA app, reboot your PC and install the app again.
- Right click on the Windows Logo on your PC-> Installed Apps -> Look for Mass Effect 3 -> Uninstall
If none of this did it, then at this point, you may consider third-party tools such as CCleaner or Revo Uninstaller and try clearing your PC with those. Please keep in mind that, being third-party tools, they are at your own risk!
