@EA_Shepard Is there anything we can do on our end to point the advisors in the right direction? As @DFTM1 mentioned, I contacted them copypasting your message basically and sending the link to it, and they said they updated the entitlements, but it didn't work. This is frustrating.
Also, do you think it could be related to the Online Pass fix? Both @DFTM1 and I had the error years ago and the advisors resolved it eventually, but now we both have this error as well.

Community Manager@aviann_te The online pass is a very specific error. It wouldn't have anything to do with crashing or freezing or anything like that. You would still be able to log in, you just can't play MP.
If live support is not assisting, we have to bring that up and see why. Since we don't handle these over forums, we can only provide the information on how to fix it, and then if it is not getting fixed, we reach out to those who can look into why support directed players back here.
@EA_Shepard I would like to report some problem with ME3 multiplayer. New players who recently bought the game (I think after 2018), do not receive updates of their game stats on n7hq and their profile looks like they never launched multiplayer. at the same time the stats inside the game work fine.
- EA_Shepard@DFTM1 Yeah this has been reported a couple of times. This one is a tough one because there are ways to sync it but the support for that site is very slim because of the age of the game now.
Yeah, I reported in detail on that one quite a while back.
As mentioned there, it seems to coincide with a lot of other negative impacts (like getting dropped from game/lobby if host quits; not being able to have friends join your invites...)
Note that at one time, part of the N7HQ missing data magically re-appeared on my alt (post-1998) account. But it still won't show N7 or CP rank. And the hosting etc issues remain. Basically, it just started showing my N7HQ challenges, characters, inventor, etc all of a sudden.
It's a shame this was never fixed properly.
