@EA_Shepard I would like to report some problem with ME3 multiplayer. New players who recently bought the game (I think after 2018), do not receive updates of their game stats on n7hq and their profile looks like they never launched multiplayer. at the same time the stats inside the game work fine.

Community Manager@DFTM1 Yeah this has been reported a couple of times. This one is a tough one because there are ways to sync it but the support for that site is very slim because of the age of the game now.
