Mass Effect 3 wont start

I have problem with my ME3 that it wont launch. When i start the game, in origin it says syncing cloud storage 5% and in second 100% and then for 2 seconds my cursor spins like it is loading and then nothing. I tried compatibility settings, running as Administrator, updating drivers, windows updates, i chatted with support and tried everything they told me but didnt work either.
