Mass Effect Amazon series should be a prequel, not a sequel

We have no idea what time period after the trilogy this show is set in, or how much it will draw on the "history" of the Mass Effect universe nor how much of the trilogy storyline they will use, if any. 

Besides the fact that this are decisions already made and that there is nothing that "fans" could do to change this decisions, I like to wait until I see what they actually created before I cast judgement.
