You won't get the bonus items until launch day. Go to your Origin account, right clik on MEA, show game details. Then go to "MORE"/extra content/add on. Your deluxe items should show up here as unlocked with a release date of Mar 20.
Community Admin@POExTAYxTOES Hi, I think your issue is a separate one, or at least has a separate cause. You appear to be on a console, have you been able to start a pre-order for your deluxe edition?
Were you able to get the Andromeda Initiative bonus helmet?
Community AdminI have an update fresh off the presses. There are issues with folks getting the content, and you won't be able to get the extra stuff during the trial.
Hopefully there will be an update that'll let you get the content before release, but unfortunately I can't make any guarantees.

Thanks so much for this info David, was wondering where all my stuff ended up! Got 2 hours left in my playthrough and finished all the exploration/quests/side quests. While the animation of certain faces is obviously not the best, the game itself is a 10/10 regardless. Great job so far to the whole team.
