Danikdenchik Hey, sorry to see you are having an issue getting in contact with them. This is an error that is on the account side, so we cannot resolve that one here.

When you reach out to chat, I updated the steps on the Mass Effect Online Access Error in Multiplayer Mode thread. We keep testing this when players tell us they cannot, so they do work; it is just a hassle getting the chat to work. I have also been working with folks to get that chat updated.
