Mass Effect Andromeda Multiplayer Veteran Rank Bug!

I logged in today to see if the Bug is solved.. quess what,.. it isnt.

Can someone at EA please look into this.

If you are not able to fix the bug,.. please at least reset my collection of characters so i can get new Cards of them when opening boxes. (Cause as long as the collection still counts the XX as *COLLECTED* i am not able to get it from a box)

(And cause the Bug makes the XX only count in collections and not in the actual Game *as it should be*!)

So please fix this bug

or

reset my Mass Effect Andromeda Multiplayer Account.

I contacted the Support-Team again.

Sadly they are not able to help with this Problem.

They said that the only way is this Post here in the Forum and to wait for a Developer to react to it. *what they most likely only do if other People have the same/similar experiences with Bugs*

So if someone has a Bug too with a collected/unlocked Card *from Boxes* not useable or no longer useable in the actual Game, pls comment.

The issue I have is with missing points but it is similar to yours where a character is leveled down for no reason. I posted as well. no one seems to care. I just wanted you to know you are not alone in having problems. With the HD remaster coming for Mass effect I know where my money isn't going and thats into the Pockets of EA.

I have exactly the same issue with the same character (see screenshots).

I even recently bought Andromeda Points, so this is literally a rip-off. I'm going to demand a refund!

So, after I've noticed, that the rank in the Apex app is indeed correct, I assumed that this could just be a visual bug!

I changed the language (I'm german, just like OP) to english and the rank was right again.

I cannot confirm that this is just a visual issue, but as far as I can see in the app, the extra points you get from rank I to X are indeed spent.

Could use a respec item, but I'm not going to waste it on that.

Is there any other way to check if it is just visual or not???

I don't know if anybody even reads this, but I think the problem is linked to 2 characters having the same name in german.

Human Sentinel and Human Guardian are both named "Menschlicher Wächter".

Now my Guardian rank says XX, but he's only rank I.

I read it,.. i get Notifications all the Time when you post here.

It sure is an interesting Information for Developers to more easaly find the Bug, but for me its still a Bug that need to be fixed from Developers. :P

Andromeda is out of Studio support since 2017, so if Bioware is not changing its mind there are no more future patches coming.

Support can't helps you and there is no patch coming = There is nothing to be done about this problem.
