Hello, I was doing some exploration in the Bioware Social Network Fan Site (Mass Effect Legendary Edition | BioWare Social Network Fan Forums (boards.net)) and in one I ran into the fact that more than one studio was hired to do the Legendary Edition and to my surprise I confirmed it. The companies are: -Blind Squirrel Entertainment (Games – Blind Squirrel Entertainment, Inc.) which has a contact email;-Abstraction Games (Projects · Video Game Porting & Development · abstraction) which has this in their Game Support section: "We only accept support requests for any of the games listed, being titles that are published by us. We don't offer first line support for games published by our partners." The link: Contact · Game Development · abstractionIt is safe to assume that other than this site we might be able to inquire about Legendary Edition support through Blind Squirrel Entertainment as I sent them an email with a link to the Answers HQ site. I wouldn't contact those companies. There's a good chance their contract ended when the game was released, and we don't know the extent of their work. I think it's very unlikely either of them could help with tech issues.

@draconiam I'm unaware what either of these companies worked on specifically as well, but as @Fred_vdp mentioned this was likely contract work and neither of these companies would be handling tech support or bug fixes for the Legendary Edition.

Yeah I don't know about that one as some of the issues were resolved by modders and pointed out by players since the original releases came out, maybe Bioware only got in touch with a few select group and ignored the rest.
