Have you tried verifying the file integrity in Steam to make sure no files were corrupted during that installation process?
It may also be worth performing a clean boot of your system to see if any other programs or processes may be interfering with the game launch.
If you're still running into trouble after that point, are you able to attach a DxDiag file of your system? That will give us a bit more information to see what may be causing the crashes here, thanks!

I'm sad, it did not helped.
Made a clean boot, and checked all file.
Here is my dxdiag.
Do you have any idea? I might re install windows 10. I'm really looking forward to play ME LE.
It's ok, the game is up and running.
I asked for a refund on Steam, and bought it from Origin. seems like it was related to the cdKey. I tryed to launch direcly ME1 from binary and it would ask me the cd key and to register the game.
Now a strange problem, i can't save. (ME1) Really .... ?

Can you try going through these steps to make sure there aren't any other programs that may be preventing the game from properly saving?
It may also help to go through a clean boot of your system at this point to make sure there aren't any other programs or processes interfering here.
