ME Legendary Edition galaxy map problem

When I enter the Normandy in ME1 the Galaxy Map music plays. If I want to open the galaxy map, a dialogue between Hackett and Shepard starts. After that dialogue, the animation that initiates and the result is, that i can't interact with it. I can only see Shepards back standing in front of the map.

Pressing escape to close the galaxy map doesn't work. Neither are any other actions possible.

Are there any solutions to that particular problem? I already tried reloading, restarting my computer and I fixed the game twice.

Do you use any Mods?
Did you tried with a save game before the save you use now?
Is that the first time you enter the Normandy?

There are "VCRUNTIME140.dll" and "NAHIMICV3apo.dll" errors in the DxDiag, one is a VC++ runtime and one is a driver for a sound enhancement software that is known to make problems all to often.

Your Windows build is still 19042, it should Build 19043 by now, do you block Windows feature updates on purpose?

Fixing the game means preforming a game repair?

Do you own the game in Steam or in Origin?

Please create a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply. You can do that with the "Choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window.

Yep, I meant game repair and I own it in Origin.
