@EA_David can we get an acknowledgement of this being an issue you're looking at? I understand that game launches are hard and stressful, and trying be as good-faith as possible here but having no communication on if this issue is even being considered for a fix a week on after launch is frustrating. I don't mind waiting, there's plenty of other things to play - it's more so just knowing if it's going to be fixed at all that's the issue here for me. I get you might not be in a position to speak on behalf of your technical teams or commit to anything without confirming a bunch of stuff but if there's anything at all you can give us here, it'd be appreciated a bunch.
