This is my reply space. It must be some glitch or account related issue (maybe less frequently posting or newer accounts can't upload files). I looked through keyboard shortcuts but there is no attach option. We are here to diagnose Mass Effect, not the EA forums chatspace😆

Could you please clear your Browser cache? (What Browser do you use?)
Without the DxDiag it is nothing than bad guessing.
