Our team has comeback that they have solved the issue and should be back to normal now.

@DoctorDAM Yeah it started around the middle of the week. I thought it may have been some momentary issue with the servers but it's still happening.

I figured so, but hadn't seen anything posted anywhere, including Reddit. I've now received similar responses from others on BSN.

Seems like this might be one of those that may need a BW employee friend let them know and fix at their end.
