(ME3:LE) The destruction of the Quarian Fleet cutscene is broken

My platform: Xbox Series X

When the Quarian Fleet is destroyed, the player and also our Quarian companion can see, as the falling wrecks of the Quarian ships enter into rannoch's atmosphere in flames, it's a key cinematic and narrative moment, and it's completely broken in the Legendary Edition.

Here's a video about the LE version, camera zooms on the sky, but you can't see any wreckage there, just a little graphics bug instead:
