You don't mention what Graphic card and driver version you have so can only give general advice.
Make sure that Shader Cache is turned on in the drivers settings.

Personally, have not had this since 1.06 patch and 382.05 NVidia drivers.

I still get it intermittently. Its definitely quicker though. Doesnt really affect the game, as far as I know you would still get the same loading time without the messages.

Updated to 382.33 drivers and even used DDU to clean up previous drivers. Fully expected this cache rebuilding to happen again, but it did not. Loaded as usual. The cache numbers are visible but goes through them in 2-3 seconds. When it did the rebuild it took a couple of minutes. But as stated in my previous post, still hasn't happened to me even once since 1.06 (play nearly every day).

I had no idea there was a setting like this. Is this for GeForce cards/drivers?

Yes its in manage 3D settings

I've got that switched on in my driver settings on the latest driver and it still does the shader count on occasions that last longer than usual.
