Missing Mass Effect Andromeda deluxe edition items.

Question

I ordered a physical copy of the deluxe edition from Amazon that was delivered on release day. It definitely says deluxe edition on the box, but the items have never showed up in my game. I've checked the spot on Ryder's desk on the Tempest many times. What gives?

Hi, I'm on pc but I think is the same thing.

You'll get your item/bonuses when you return to the tempest after you complete the first mission. If not, you'll have to contact EA for support, those people are generally very useful.
