I redeemed the product code for Mass Effect3. Played for about 2 weeks. Now my account is telling me to redeem the product code and my download is gone.

Acoount problems like yours are strictly Game Adviser territory. There are none of tem in here. This is AHQ and iit is not an official support site. This is for player to player discussion here. When you get where you belong, it will seem they want to run you away empty handed. There will be suggestions all around to leave, go back in here, instead of being helped properly.
