My Mass Effect 2 Cerberus Access codefor PC Doesn't work

Question

I bought Mass Effect 1 and 2 a while back ago. I played and took my time on Mass effect 1

Now I started playing Mass Effect 2 and the Activation code for the Cerberus Code Doesn't work. and says Error. Where am I suppose to go and who do I ask if I can get a new code or what happens? am i gonna have to buy it again?

Log in to the BioWare website with your Origin credentials and get a new code here: http://social.bioware.com/page/me2-dlc

Cerberus Network is free now, so you can 'purchase' a new code as often as you like, though once should suffice.
