Need to find/need a new product key for ME3.

After updating my Origin client today, Mass Effect 3 prompted me to enter a product key which is supposed to be, in my case, in my email. When I look for it in my email I can't find it. All I come up with is a receipt for my purchase and an order key. Is there any other way I can get the product code? Or can I request some type of new product code. I'm not blaming EA, more than likely, I probably just deleted it as I was glancing through my emails.

  • Sorry to hear about this.  Unfortunately there's nothing anyone here can do for you.
The AHQ is for "player-to-player" technical self-help and game-play discussions.

You need "official" support from the EA Game Advisors.
They are the only ones who can resolve account, code, or game/DLC authorization issues.
Contact them using the Help Center (link in the top-right of every page.)

After getting to the Help Center and filling out the required information, (Product/Problem/Platform)
look for the "Chat Now", "Call Me", or "Email Now" buttons, not the AHQ "Ask Now" one.  (You've already done that.)

NOTE: The options you see may vary depending on your region and the time-of-day.

If you select "Chat Now", be sure you have enough time to wait before being connected to someone.  😕mileyfrustrated:
I always allow for it to take at least one hour, and am pleasantly surprised if it's less.

    Good Luck!

  • Where did you purchase the game from? You should be able to retrieve the key directly from wht ever site you bought the game from. Amazon save your game infromation when you buy from them so you can look up your game keys there. so does gamestop. If you bought from origin it should have automatically been activated. And if you deleted the email did you check your trashbin? It usually keeps deleted stuff for a day or two if your using hotmail/outlook or gmail.

  • I bought the game straight from Origin and I bought it on Feb 17 this year. It was automatically activated at first but after the updated it asked me to provide the product key.

Thanks for the advice I ended up trying that, I was told to reinstall the Origin client and everything is back to normal!
