Nerf Observers for real this time please

I'm not even sure they did much with the 1.05 patch.  On Gold and in Sandstorm earlier I got screwed when whole team but me went down in the APEX mission. (No revives during wave)  The observers were pinning me down from across the map.  This range is kinda ridiculous for their beam weapons and the strength at which they can still hit at pinpoint accuracy.  And even with disruptor ammo, annihilation and throw/lance was seemingly tough to get through their shields because I couldn't even get one to take out without 3+ and some assemblers attacking me.

Thoughts on how to improve them by nerfing them but without going too drastic or making them too easy?

If there is cover.  In the vaults they aren't an issue, but in some of the ruins on eldaaren, esp the mission where you scan the nodes, you get 3 of them spawn together, they strip your shields and health so quickly, that without blink or luck really.. getting to cover can be almost impossible.

If they had to deal with overheating, therefore intermittant combat it would be eaiser, there's no reason why their health or shields couldn't be raised to compensate for the change in firepower.

Atm a continous beam that hits 100% and stays clued to you is bs.  Wether players like it or not.

At least with infiltrators blink you can break their attack cycle.

You can also sprint away, which usually is faster than the observers can engage you.

You can also take biotic barriers and tech armour to futher strengthen def.   Not that this should be necessary to fight one minor robot type.
