origin is not installing

i need some serious help guys.
Till day before yesterday origin was running perfectly.
But since yesterday it says it needs to be updated but always when it is mid-way between updating it showed an error saying some entry point procedure not found.
So i restored my system to a date when origin was working.
Uninstalled origin.
Updated microsoft redistributable package.
Downloaded origin setup file(it was of 16.2 mb)
So while this setup was running again it said it needed to be updated and again while updating it stopped and said you need to download newer version.
It showed a link.
So i went there and downloaded another setup file(this one of 91.6mb).
After it downloaded i tried running it but nothing hapenned.
The cursor first showed that the process is running but then turned normal and nothing happened.
Someone please help
