Patch Download issue
Hi,
I am unable to download the patch. It is stuck on "calculating time" and no amount of restarts or cache clearances have resolved it.
What are my options? any help would be apricated.

PC - EA desktop
Having the same issue. stuck on "Preparing, calculating time..." for past 20 mins. Cleared cache twice, even rebooted pc.
- @RiflemanAT Hi, I had the same problem, I downloaded the patch through origin, then restarted pc and EA and cleared the cache and things seems to work.
Hope it could help (sorry for any grammar mistake ^^) Managed to get it started. Manually cleared cache and removed origin completely. Very slow download speed though.

I can't download the update for the game. Its stuck on preparing on origin. Even after clearing the origin cache.
This is unacceptable for a launch. This is diabolical.
It was literally faster for me to reinstall the entire game then have it run through the Preparing to update process....
Also having this problem, had major issues downloading the game and running it as well but eventually got it to work the first time...
