Pressing "5" in Multiplayer did not revive me

I was doing a multiplayer match.  I died, then pressed "5" on my PC keyboard to use a revive.  The Ammo icon kept lighting up.  I checked the keybindings after the match.  Revive and Ammo had their keybindings reversed.  I know I didn't do that.  I switched them back and everything was fine.
