So how else can I get the Zaeed dlc? It's not listed on Origin
@dbngrocks I merged your thread with another with the same issue. Have you tried everything suggested by EA_David in this thread? What address are you using? I have no issue logging in from https://social.bioware.com/user_entitlements.php on Chrome. Have you tried contacting a game advisor if nothing else has worked?
I'm currently using Chrome. I just tried on MS Edge, and that didn't work either. I've also tried contacting a Game adviser. At 10:22 AM. It's 2:09 PM. I just started up a new case, but it's been a little over 10 minutes since that.
Also, what do you mean when you say what address am I using?

She/He meant the URL. There are several URLs to access BSN, do you use https://social.bioware.com ?
