Problem accessing Bioware Social Network

Yeah. Although I was able to a hold of them on Edge.
From what they said, The Zaeed-The Price for Revenge DLC is no longer available. They said that I should make a forum post about it so that the developers or someone can see it
@dbngrocks Bioware are the developers of this game, these are not their boards and as far as I'm aware nobody from Bioware comes on these boards.
I still see Zaeed and the Cerberus Network on the old social bioware site, even without logging in (available to 'purchase' for 0 Bioware points, however it does require you to login to go through checkout), which suggests they are still available. They're just free now. They're also listed for me in Origin, though that might just be because I own them.
It's just really weird that some people are having issues logging in to the Bioware site and it's working fine for everyone else.
It's not so much that I have problems logging in to Bioware; I can log in there perfectly fine. It's just the Bioware social network. Do you think I should try logging into the social network with my Bioware account rather than my EA one? And it's not even listed on the social network, it's like it disappeared off the face of the earth.
@dbngrocks I meant the social site, just got lazy 😛
The Bioware forums use your EA account, Bioware is owned by EA now (hence the 'a division of EA' under their name on the forums) so all their sites (that I'm aware of) use your EA account. If you have another account, you could try it, wouldn't hurt.

So you have 2 different accounts for EA and for the Bioware page. Do you use the same Email for both? Did you register the game on BSN with your Bioware account?
@holger1405 Yes, you're right, it's only the Cerberus Network, got it mixed up with the entitlements page. Though Zaeed is connected to the Cerberus Network, he was never available as a separate purchase as far as I'm aware. They also both show up in Origin as installed DLC, not sure if they'd show up for purchase if they're not owned.
@Sommyboy Merged your thread with the rest of the people with the issue. Out of interest, does your friend own the game through Steam? Could you/your friend please try the things suggested by @EA_David on the first page of this thread and let us know how you go?
