Having a similar issue! I click "play" and it looks like it's about to load, then nothing. Not even a crashed game, just NOTHING. EA tech support will NOT answer me, and I can't sit on hold for an hour waiting. I tried to return the game within the 7 day period (and just go back to playing my CD copy) but they're refusing to return my money for the digital version! It's never started even ONCE, yet I'm not able to get a refund for this buggy piece of **bleep**?
