PS3 DLC access, but not PC

I've downloaded DLC for ME2 from way back, however, it's not linked into my account on the Bioware account. Is there a way that I can access the DLC on PC since I've already got it from PS3 since it seems like they're all linked via the Bioware site for PS3/360/PC?
