You'll need to get into contact with a Game Advisor, they're the only ones who can access your account and make adjustments.
1) Click the blue "Help Center" link along the top right side of the screen above.
2) Click the "Contact Us" link along the righ side of the screen (it's under the Answer HQ box).
3) I typed "Bioware Point Issue" in the text box and clicked "Find Solutions".
4) "Select your product, issue type and platform so we can help you quickly:"
a) Selct "Mass Effect 3" as your product.
b) Select "Billing/Purchasing".
c) Select your platform type. (Microsoft XBOX360, Sony Playstation 3, PC or Nintendo Wii U)
5) Click "I Still Need Help".
"The best way to get help" listed for me at the moment was to use "Live Chat" there's about an hour wait time at the moment, but it may be different depending on what time of day it is and where you are.
