Charm level scaling

@SinShadowFox You need 12 charm (!) to get the ExoGeni guy to stand down (otherwise you have to shoot him). It's not really necessary, but it does change some import stuff in ME2.
Which means you have to get enough paragon points to fully unlock the entire bar before going to Feros (or at least enough that you know you'll get the remaining points when you get to this part of the mission).
I honestly don't remember how much work that takes (I haven't played the game in a long time), but I'm certain it's possible.
Internally, all the main planets through Virmire are just referred to as "Chapter 2". I believe Therum-Noveria-Feros is the intended order by difficulty (but again, I haven't looked at that stuff in a long time), but you really are meant to be able to do anything you want. Personally, I think the story flows better for a paragon character with the order I agreed to above.
