If PC

Do you use any mods?

Disable "Origin in Game"

Try to repair the game.
(Origin > Game Library > right click ME3 > Repair / Steam > right click at ME3 > Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game cache.)

If that don't helps, create a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply.
