To see the achievements you've unlocked, try starting the game, loading a single player save, then exiting to the main menu.
At that point, go into your achievements list to see what is unlocked.

It wasn't that simple - I had to find a save game (from months ago, pre-Leviathan) where your method worked. It still didn't solve the issue, as exiting and starting the game again would cause the same issue, with most of my achievements re-locking.
What I ended up doing was deleting every saved game and career except for the one save that worked, and importing that into a new game (which I then deleted). That kept the achievements unlocked even after closing Origin and restarting the game. I think the Origin cloud save needed a kick in the pants to get it to correct itself. So, I'll have to do the DLC again, which will hopefully actually grant those achievements this time.
