I'm sorry to hear about your issue.

And I see that you've already tried to contact our live support. To me it seems like the expired trial version of the game from Origin Access is somehow blocking your online access 🤭 Unfortunately, I don't have the necessary tools to help you out with this issue ☹️ It can be done only by our game advisors. 

For a few days, we were experiencing temporary issues with our chats and phones as well, so I'd like to apologise for the inconvenience caused by this. Everything should be working now. Can I suggest contacting our support one more time? Also, maybe the phone contact will turn out to be more resultful?

    The times I have heard of this happening, the tech support people had to remove all copies of the game from the account, and then reactivate only desired copy back to the account.  Something about the trial or EA access version conflicting and stopping access.  Official tech support game advisors are the only ones I know that can do this as@EA_Ataashi said.  I heard one person say it took a few tries to get an Advisor who would try it, but it worked after they did.
