I am having the same problem after the patch. New codes given to me do not work either.
Do not tell *US* that a code doesn't work. We have nothing to do with those. This is still Answers HQ; we haven't all been hired overnight as EA employees. Go back where you got what doesn't work and complain there, because it wasn't us. The Help Center is a separate website.
My advice about choosing the correct keys to press is about as much as anyone in here can suggest.
