Summarize your bug I bought another copy of ME3 on Steam platform on November 6 and I tried to run it, but it sad product key error! I have already own the game with Origin version since 2012, played around 200 hours with it. At the beginning I thought it might be something went wrong with Steam, so I individually downloaded the game under EA app and run it, but the same error message appeared. I have tried all the way I can find but I failed, including deleting Lincese Folder, deleting windows Temp files, re-downloading the game...... And I have even tried bought EA Play for one month. Maybe you could check the online database of my account or something like that?
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) on both Steam and EA app
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I dont know, check the logs maybe.
What happens when the bug occurs? Can't lunch the game (always the same sympthoms)
What do you expect to see? Run the game
