[Steam] MEA not launching after EA app loads

I am having issues trying to launch the game Mass Effect Andromeda.

I purchased the game from Steam in December of 2023. The installation went well, there were no problems until I clicked on the play button in the Steam Library. The following is what happened:
I click on the play button. The EA App starts, I'm taken to the EA App home page, then a blank page with a message that says 'preparing game' then the EA App page briefly flashes and I'm taken back to the Steam Library page where I started and nothing else happens. I notice that the EA App is closed and there are no other programs running except for Steam.
I tried to contact Steam about the issue and they said that I would have to contact EA because they don't have anything to do with performance issues, or, I could go to the Steam community forums and see if I can find a fix for MEA there. I contact EA and they tell me to go to Answers HQ and see if I can find a fix from one of the EA community members in the forums. Here is a list of what I've tried from the both forums:

Updated all my drivers.
Uninstalled then re-installed MEA, I did this after each fix I tried.
Repaired MS Visual C++ Redistributable App
Validate MEA files with Steam.
I have run the EA APP, Steam, the MEA installer file and the MEA .exe file as an Administrator.
Unlinked then re-linked by EA and Steam accounts.
Deleted the license files and cleared the Temp files from my computer.
Started in clean boot with EA background app enabled and security software disabled. tried to run the program but nothing.
None of these things have worked.

I saw Mass Effect Andromeda on sale in the EA App so I bought it hoping that I can finally play the game. It will not start. When I click on play it would start up with the pop up window 'preparing game' Then it would open up Steam and ask me to download the game from Steam. I tried repairing the game from the EA App, I tried running it as an administrator, deleted license files, cleared temp files, uninstalled/reinstalled the game. Then as a last resort I uninstalled both Steam and the EA App, deleted every folder and file I could find for MEA. I then reinstalled the EA App, but did not install Steam, and downloaded MEA into the EA App and tried to start it from EA. Now it won't start or anything, I click play and I just sit there on the EA App waiting for something to happen but nothing at all transpires. It's not even recognized in task manager as starting up. I did a search for MEA making sure I had hidden files showing and found 4 files that were in C: program files Mass Effect Andromeda. I deleted all 4 files. Restarted MEA and it started with the pop up window 'preparing game'. I waited for 5 minutes and nothing else happened and 'preparing game' was still running. I did all the steps from the above list except instead of validating the game files in steam I tried the repair button in the EA App. but it still won't start.
I have also run the following: “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Checkhealth”, “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth” and “sfc /scannow” but there were no issues. I have attached the dxdiag and the windows crash report to this post.

If there is anything else that anyone can think of for me to try please let me know, thanks.

I've finally solved the issues and can now play MEA!

What I ended up doing is during start up I used the windows repair tool. I kept my personal files but everything else was removed and it repaired my system. When I rebooted and installed my apps again, I have no problems with MEA. However, I will never be out of harms way because after checking event viewer again I have so many errors and warnings it's ridiculous. I spent my day trying to fix them, and they are all Microsoft/Windows related problems, but most of these issues have no known solutions and many people just have to live with it and wait until someone comes up with a solution, or, microsoft gets off their lazy buts and does something about it. Anyhow, everything works for now.

Thank you both for taking the time to help me with this situation. It's been a learning experience for me. In the end I got something positive out the experience, and, I can now play MEA.
