[Steam] MEA not launching after EA app loads

The one thing I see in your DXDiag file is the crashes at the end are a BEX64 issue.  From my understanding that crash happens when two programs try to use the same space of memory at the same time, and thus causing a crash.  You have two programs there both with BEX issues, one is Gigabite program, easy tune, and the other is Andromeda.  Bex issues are usually hard to figure out since no two computers are the exact same, and don't contain the same programs.  I would suggest trying to disable or uninstall the Gigabite program see if Andromeda will run.  You can also try a clean boot, which is disabling on startup most programs except the very bare minimums to run Andromeda and see if that works.

I uninstalled the program and it MEA still won't launch. I also tried to run it in clean mode and nothing. Thanks for the suggestion.

@holger1405thanks for the advice. I followed the manual exactly as it read and I still can't  play the game. It's strange because I purchased mass effect legendary edition from steam and I've never had a problem with it.

As @mcsupersport rightly mentioned, Gigabyte EasyTune also crashes all the time, so you should let it uninstalled at this point.

• Create a new Windows user account  (Administrator) don't use local special characters, use only Characters from the ASCII table
• Reboot > Log in to the new user account.
• Test.

Unfortunately making a new account didn't work either. I'm getting very discouraged with EA. There doesn't seem to be any reason for me not to play this game. It's as if they are deliberately blocking me. Is there any way to contact someone from EA directly?

EA is not blocking you, this is a technical problem on your system.

You still have only the EA version installed, right?

1. Hit Windows key and X.
2. Choose either “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Command prompt (Administrator),” or "Windows Terminal (Administrator)", whichever option is offered.
3. Inside PowerShell, CMD or Terminal enter “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Checkhealth” without quotes. > ENTER.
4. If errors are found, notify us. If no errors were found reaped steps 1 & 2.
5. Inside PowerShell, CMD or Terminal enter “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth” without quotes. > ENTER.
6. The system will start validating soon. If it throws an error, please list it here.
7. After it reaches 100% reaped steps 1 & 2
8. Inside PowerShell, CMD or Terminal enter “sfc /scannow” without quotes > ENTER.
10. Post the message you receive at the end of the processes here.

Then:

• Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
• In the new Window, type or copy and paste "%LOCALAPPDATA%\CrashDumps" (Without the quotation marks) > Press ENTER
• Look if there are any "MassEffectAndromeda.exe.Xxxx.dmp" files in the "..Local\CrashDumps" folder.
• Zip 2 - 3 "MassEffectAndromeda.exe.Xxxx.dmp" files together and upload them at a free file hosting service like Dropbox or Onedrive.
• Post the link here.

If there aren't any dump files of ME:

• Press the Windows key > Write: Command Prompt > Right click on "Command Prompt" in the search results > Run as administrator.
• Copy and paste reg add "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Windows Error Reporting\LocalDumps\devenv.exe" /v DumpType /d 2 /t REG_DWORD into the prompt Window > Press ENTER.
• Play the game until it crashes.
• After the game crashes, let all Windows crash dialogues finish.
• Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time. > Type "%LOCALAPPDATA%\CrashDumps" (Without the quotation marks) into the new window > Press ENTER.
• Zip 2 - 3 "MassEffectAndromeda.exe.Xxxx.dmp" files together and upload them at file hosting service like Dropbox or you can use the Onedrive "public" folder.

Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.

All Dump files have the same error, a "SOFTWARE_NX_FAULT", i.e. "MassEffextAndromeda.exe" or a module called by it is attempting to execute code in a memory area that is not set to allow code execution. That is an access violation and the OS is terminating the the program = crash.
Setting parts of memory to NX = No Execute is a security measure. 

The problem is that we don't know why this happens. We know its not a general bug in Mass Effect Andromeda because the game is working for many people.

You have also already tried many of the things that would be part of the troubleshooting process for this problem, so some of my suggestions may be similar to the things you have already tried, please do them anyway.

Go to your "...Documents\Bioware" folder and delete the "Mass Effect Andromeda" folder.

Open EA app and repair the game inside EA app.

Test.

If that don't helps, go to your ">Drive<:\Program Files\EA Games\Mass Effect Andromeda\__Installer" folder and load the "InstallLog.txt" file up here.
