Suggestion:New Mass Effect

Hey everyone, fellow Mass Effect fans!

I've had an idea floating around in my head for a while now and I'd love to hear what you all think about it. It's about connecting the Mass Effect 3 endings with the new game and the potential return of Shepard.

My thought is that BioWare could allow us to import our saves from ME3 with any ending, but the dialogue options related to romantic relationships and full Shepard continuity would only unlock if you chose the "Destroy" ending where Shepard survives. This could be explained by the nanotechnology from the Lazarus Project.

What are your thoughts on this? Do you think it would help BioWare elegantly bridge the story and also respect player choices? Let me know in the comments.
