When trying to purchase the N7 Collector's Edition DLC for Mass Effect 3 on XBox 360 / XBox One, an unusual error occurs.Trying to make the purchase on the web at URL https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/n7-collectors-edition/c25ml42cvdh9 clicking the 'See Price' button leads to an "Ooops! What happened to this page?" error page.Trying to make the purchase on the XBox One console's Store app, clicking the 'See Price' button generates the usual price-listing popup where it says "Buy" instead of either a price like "$4,99" or "Free", and then clicking 'Continue' leads to a new popup that states "Sorry: This offer is not valid in your region." with only an "OK" button.I have verified that my store region is set to North America / USA.I have contacted Microsoft support, and they directed me to contact EA/Bioware, stating that is the entity responsible for putting the product into the store that can resolve the issue.Please help me give you my money for this product.

Hey @Kaiyalai, Since the Xbox store isn't our system, we don't have any visibility into availability or purchases from our side. It sounds like that version of ME3 is no longer available on the Xbox store. Since collector's editions are usually a limited availability, it was most likely made unavailable at some point after Mass Effect 3 launched.

Since the Mass Effect Legendary Edition, which includes all the DLC (minus Pinnacle Station) from the original trilogy, has been out for months, I highly doubt there's any chance it will be available again. You still can buy the "N7 Collector’s Edition" as a physical disk or the "digital deluxe edition", that includes the same content, as a digital code at third party resellers like Amazon.

I've seen the Fenris Mech and the N7 hoodie in the ME Legendary Edition, so everything appears to be included in that. (The multiplayer and Pinnacle Station excluded, obviously) This DLC relates to a 10-year-old collectors' edition.

It sounds like that version of ME3 is no longer available on the Xbox store. Since collector's editions are usually a limited availability, it was most likely made unavailable at some point after Mass Effect 3 launched.

That is incorrect.
Mass Effect 3 for XBox 360 is still available for purchase, and the N7 Collector’s Edition DLC is a DLC entry for that edition which continues to have the issue I detailed in the original post.
Furthermore, I have already contacted Microsoft’s relevant support and was directed to reach out to EA/Bioware due to the Publisher being responsible for which games it lists in the store.
Additionally, though a slight tangent, I will note that several years ago the corresponding Collector Edition DLC for Mass Effect 2 was made purchasable, so it is not unreasonable to assume the same would be or has been done with this DLC.

how is it not a piece of DLC when it is categorized as DLC in the store, exactly?

anyways if you can link me to a place that sells codes for the collector’s edition content I would be grateful.

I don't know, It is not categorised as DLC in my local store.

Just go to the Amazon store for your country and search for Mass Effect 3 N7 Collector's Edition.
Then select the Xbox version.

But be aware that the collectors edition is probably not cheap.
